People seeking membership are asked to supply the information requested on the various persona handouts. This information will be published in Children of Velgarth, the official Queen's Own fanzine, unless the member specifically asks us not to publish the work. Once accepted into Queen's Own, members are asked to supply the editors with their approved persona's name and their e-mail address. This information is only to help us contact our membership for club business and activities. We hold online RPGs in a Secret Facebook Room on the fourth Wednesday of roughly every month. This link will be provided to you upon acceptance. The persona names and e-mail addresses are available online. Queen's Own is not responsible for any of the information the members choose to publish themselves on the QO pages or in the Secret Room. None of the optional information is distributed by Queen's Own to nonmembers nor businesses. This information is only available to the editors of the Queen's Own newsletter and fanzine and is never posted, published nor given to anyone else except at the contributor's written request.
